Bisque FiringFire the green body in kiln at high temperature to form firm bisque ware, enhance structural stability.
Glazing CoatingSpray or dip full glaze evenly on surface, create smooth, waterproof and easy-to-clean glossy finish.
Glost FiringSecond high-temperature firing to melt glaze tightly combined with ceramic body, wear-resistant, scratch-proof and non-toxic.
Decal / Printing & Custom LogoApply flower decals, hand-painted patterns or custom logo printing; fire again to make pattern firm, never fade.
Quality InspectionStrict check for shape, glaze, flaw, crack and printing defect, only qualified mugs enter packaging.
Packaging & ShippingUse foam and carton safe packaging to prevent damage during long-distance transportation.
