What is your ceramic made of?

High quality Dehua porcelain, famous for white & smooth body. Food-safe grade available.

Is it porcelain or ceramic stoneware?

Dehua is porcelain (feldspar porcelain), fired at high temperature >1300℃. More translucent & stronger than stoneware.

Is the glaze lead-free / cadmium-free?

Yes, we can meet FDA, LFGB, CA Prop 65 standard. We can provide test report.

Is it microwave / dishwasher / oven safe?

Depends on design. Plain white porcelain usually microwave & dishwasher safe. Items with gold/silver decal NOT for microwave.

What’s the difference between Dehua porcelain and other ceramics?

Dehua porcelain known as “Ivory White”, fine body, smooth glaze, good for figurines, tea sets, home decor.

Will the glaze crack / crazing?

Normal glazed items no crazing. If you want crackle glaze, it is intentional effect.

Can I customize my logo? How?

Yes. Options: decal printing, engraving, embossed logo, underglaze. MOQ differs per method.

Can I make custom shape / new mold?

Yes. We develop custom molds. Mold cost depends on size & complexity. Mold lead time 15–30 days.

Can I get a sample? Sample cost & lead time?

Samples available. Sample cost can be refund when bulk order reaches certain quantity. Sample time 7–15days for stock, 15–30 days for custom.

We have many glaze color swatches. Custom color is available, need to check MOQ.

Yes, unit price reduces with higher order quantity.

Price includes logo / packing?

Unit price normally with standard white box. Custom color box & logo packing extra cost.

How do you pack the ceramics? Breakage rate?

Foam + inner box + export carton. Our normal breakage rate <0.5%. We support reinforced packing for fragile items.

What if goods arrive broken?

Please take photos/videos when unpacking. We will compensate for broken pieces.

Port of loading?

Xiamen port, convenient for Dehua ceramics.

Can you help arrange shipping?

Yes, we work with forwarders, can arrange sea, air or express delivery.

Are you factory or trading company?

We are Dehua ceramic manufacturer with own workshop.

Can you combine different items in one container?

Yes, mixed items acceptable, check MOQ for each item.

What about after sales?

We follow up after shipment. Solve quality problem quickly.
